Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Rented a car from this Enterprise location for the 1st time yesterday as I was traveling to Danville VA for work. Very convenient having this location vs going into Midlothian which is back tracking when I'm traveling to the western part of VA. Very easy process. Camry SE was very nice (I even rec'd complements on it @ the gas station) and clean upon receiving it for the day. When traveling west for work, this will be my new "go to" when I need to rent a car for work.

I was treated with curiosity and respect when I put in the reservation and when I picked up the vehicle I was renting. We walked around the vehicle to inspect possible damage and dings which were added to the inspection. With me, when I pick up a rental, I always make sure that the vehicle gets cleaned (inside and out). Which I spend the time in getting it done before I take it back. The first rental was a 2023 Kia Sorento fully loaded, when it went back after my rental agreement was up, it was put back on the lot ready to be rented again. They inspected the vehicle and were very pleased at how clean it was. I just took back the rental vehicle I picked up last week and again, it was cleaned inside and out including all the door jams and the jam under the trunk. Windows were spotless and the interior looked like it had never been touched. It came to me when I picked it up clean so I made sure it was the same way it was when I returned it if not better. Great ride and only used it for a few short trips around home. Always a phenomenal team that makes sure the customer is satisfied with the vehicle rented. I will be returning to make future reservations for this local area Enterprise. Very convenient location and I don't like going all the way to the city to rent a car. Let's keep Enterprise in Powhatan VA. Out here we need the convenience of an outstanding rental car company. Thanks for all you do....
