Just wanted to give Richard at the Portsmouth location huge kiddos for helping us on on very complicated trade-in for our vehicle. The process sure was a headache but Richard went above and beyond to get us exactly what we needed. Highly recommend this location and Richard specifically if you're looking for an auto-loan!

I tried to deposit my tax return and they gave me a huge stink about it. I had my name changed ten years ago and have been successfully depositing checks under my old name all these years until now. Now, suddenly, they're refusing to deposit them. They claim it's always been their policy, but that's a lie. I told them to look through my bank record, and they'll see my old name on file. The teller claimed she didn't see it, but that too was another lie as I deposited my checks at another location without hassle.

Usually when I'm here I'm greeted as soon as I walk in. Today at 3:10 I walked in and the greeter just looked at me, no smile, no hey nothing. Not use to this behavior at navy Federal.
