A very great place for when you get out of treatment. All the staff are amazing and Mr Walter really cares about people. I decided that after being there a week I was going to go back home to Tennessee. The staff called me several times to check if I needed anything while I was at the bus station. I'm really glad I stayed the whole 7 days. Miss Vanessa is a really good group facilitator and she interacts great with the patient's. Thank you very much.

Place my daughter in the house with a woman who is mentally unstable. When my child reached out seeking help regarding this woman she received nothing but false promises. Myself and her father took the time to go down to the office and speak to the CEO only to be told that he knew about the situation and that it had been resolved only to find out that was a lie. Going to try to find a better organization for my daughter to go through because this one is the most disgusting I have ever seen.

Great experience with working with these community partners .Often times it can be a challenge working with clients with severe mental illness as well as the families. As a community partner I have seen this company go above and beyond the call of duty when caring for their clients. The owner of the company as well as the staff are compassionate, authentic and they serve with humility. The population that is being served often comes unsupported by family members, community resources and they have to fend for themselves.Impact mental health services understand these risk and challenges in caring for clients with severe mental illness .The staff I have always encountered have been consistent, compassionate and caring for their clients. I highly recommend This company to care for the long-term community care needs of your love ones.You can definitely count on them.If they know about the problem they will fix it. In the role that they play there are always problems and all they need is an opportunity to correct the problem and they will. I have Worked collaboratively with this company for years and it has been my experience that they truly do care and truly want to make an IMPACT while serving the community
