I appreciate all of the employees and staff that try their hardest. However, in order for me to have respect reciprocated, I had to become the typical negative black African American single mother. One of their doctors asked me, are you sure welding is something you can really do giving your condition? Ever since then, that person has shown me that their are many in these fields of work, who could care less of your desires to become stronger and less dependent of their services. Becoming emotionally regulated to be independent is not their goal. Keeping someone on a medication is mainly a doctors only task. Im stronger than narcotics in every way. Once they have embedded the fact that I would fail at life without a narcotic in my system. I fell and everytime I cry now, I desperately search for medications that only make me worse before I even feel a price of relief from my depression. I was told I was bipolar due to being depressed and suicidal at 18. Im 26 now. And they still can not find anything that will keep suicidal thoughts from occurring. I have desperately explained those are my only struggles. But due to me ranting from having lack of emotional support as a child, they diagnosed me with something that renders me impaired to be apart of any community environment. It is not fair. We only want medication that helps us, not makes us into addicts if we dont have it.

If I could I would find another medication management doctor, tried to switch but was told that they couldn't because they were short staffed, asked me to give the doctor a chance to see if things changed and NO it hasn't. My therapist is the best part of the whole place, her and the Methadone nurses are GREAT. But it takes forever to get through on the phone, I have heard staff talking about clients, they are unprofessional, rude, and unfriendly at times. They make us seem like we are a disease and you shouldn't get close to us, especially if we happen to relapse or have dirty urine, it's like they threaten us, to put us on probation or lower our dosage of methadone or just release us of the program. I wear a mask every single time I walk in that building to hide my depression and anxiety, so they can think they are doing a super job of helping me when in all actuality I'm worse off from when I started. Two stars...1 for my therapist, 1 for the methadone nurses!!.

By far the worst people ever they don't care about anyone always put u on hold and never come back . I was in the office waiting for my son and the employees talking about the patience like the are nothing to the laughing and joke on them. I wish there was a better place for my son to go but this is it for what insurance he has.
