        As a diamond member for IGH, Wyndham, and Hilton, I travel throughout the US, weekly. I was surprised at the low class customer service at this location. Do not expect Diamond perks. Management cares little that you have come to their establishment and are not motivated please in any form. You can expect a combative atmosphere. Diamond Elite do not receive late check out and may be startled with a loud door banging. There are much nicer hotels.

        I loved the personalities of the desk staff! That being said, the room service only comes when they feel like it. Even after being asked to clean and get towls. If you miss their 15 min window, they come back and hand you towels and say they have to go. I only had the room cleaned one morning in the 5 nights I was there. The bathroom had cleanliness issues and it wasn't in the best shape. I wanted to love the hotel because of the front desk ladies, but the housekeeping is very poorly run.
