Lieutenant Run has a New Community Manager name Mrs Lagreta Rick's who greeted us with the most professional attitude and welcoming smile . Mrs Lagreta Rick's showed and treated us with the utmost kindness generosity that we have even experienced go into any rental property on site. We couldn't even believe our eyes that we was a Petersburg Va rental leasing office. The office was decor look like Kirkland furniture store. It smelling like Pumpkin spice everything was done in excellent and professionalism. We had to stop and around like wow we were just amazed at everything we saw. She is not here was our thoughts and we was right she is definitely new to the Petersburg area and it showed in her actions towards us . We definitely told her that when she greeting us at the door and offered us some refreshments we knew so was new lol. when I say hospitality at it fineness she truly showed it. Mrs.Lagreta Rick's has definitely create a New home style atmosphere inside of a leasing office, Could you even Imagine that when I tell you we was blowed away by the experience and level of professionalism she demonstrated with us especially inside a leasing rental property office, What are you serious, what she had created was real and very genuine & enauthentic and it can't be duplicated, either you have it or you don't Mrs Lagreta Rick's definitely has it Thanks you Mrs.Lagreta Rick's it was truly a pleasure meeting you God Bless amen.

Moved in June 1 2022 moved out may 20 2023 i will never live there again I was over charged for a 2 bedroom didnt get my security.deposit back my car got keyed my next door neighbor patio door was shot up the people over me didnt have a job so the noise over my head was unbearable 2 3 4am in the morning shooting at least once a week young boys by my front door smoking weed very loud my apartment was infested with roaches kids sitting and fighting on my car if I was homeless I would never live there again nice apartment but its the projects you can polish it up all you want but its still gonna be the hood You can change the name but its still walnut hood

It started out great, then ALL down hill! The staff was rude and unprofessional (not all staff but most). I was always getting letters saying I owed rent and absolutely did NOT! I even had a summons put on my door for past due rent that I never owed. When I moved out they kept my deposit saying things were damaged that I proved weren't via the video I took after cleaning out the apartment. I was told there was nothing they could do, but give me a number to call whom I assumed was the corporate office and the person who deals with the rent/ court issues. I left at least 8 messages and no one EVER returned my calls. When checking my rental history after moving and finding a house, the rental company informed me that I had a something showing a court hearing for past due rent. Which currently 5 years later is still there. AGAIN, I've never owed ANY PAST DUE RENT EVER! This place was buy far the worst place I've ever lived. I can't even begin to explain the trash situation, it was horrible, especially when hot outside. If I could give you no stars I most definitely would. If ever this court hearing hinders me from getting a place I want, I will definitely be seeing them in court about it. If you can avoid them, by all means do so.
