Ivy Gates Townhomes

I left a letter with the landlord about a security issue two weeks ago and I thought it was fixed. I came home from school and notice my trespassing sign was gone. Apparently kids and teenagers broke into my apartment, ate snacks and drunk alcohol. They blackmailed and threatened my son with violence. Also my ceiling collapsed twice with water and my floor still aint fixed. My mother also live there and they took months to fix her issues. Today- Someone broke in again. I want to switch apartments or Im ending my contract. I do not feel safe.

We have lived here for over a year now and are currently renewing our lease for a second year! Ms. Bernice in the front office has been really helpful through the whole process! She is always so friendly and willing to help. The community is great and very quiet! We definitely enjoy living here and are looking forward to another year!

It has been a pleasure to reside here 2 years. Bernice is very helpful and the maintenance does a really good with fixing things promptly when requested.
