We recently moved to another house and called Greg Wilson and Riverside Property Management to rent out and manage our townhouse. During the rental process, we decided to sell the townhouse. Greg handled both the rental and sale processes quickly and efficiently, which made the process very easy for us. This is the third time we have worked with Greg to sell or rent a property. Outstanding professionalism and responsiveness! I have rented 14 residences in the past 30 years and have never had a better property manager than Greg Wilson. During the COVID-19 Pandemic the inverter on our XL refrigerator failed on a Friday evening and it was full of recently stocked groceries. Greg quickly responded and scheduled a service call for Monday morning. The inverter was replaced and the refrigerator works great. Thanks Greg,

I just wanted to say thank you to Greg and his team for their exemplary support over the past few years. We worked with Greg to purchase a residence in Burke, VA in 2013. A military friend recommended him to us based on their superb experience, and we were not disappointed. After purchasing the house, we ended up getting orders to move overseas after just 10 months or so, and asked Greg to manage the property for us. From finding tenants, to advice on upkeep, to managing the various challenges that naturally come with home ownership, I always knew the property was in excellent hands. For the last two years Ive been renting a townhouse that is managed by Riverside Property Management. I have had numerous interactions with Greg Wilson, the property manager, as issues have popped up that need attention (squirrels in the attic, worn-out appliances, etc). He has always responded immediately to my texts and taken prompt action. I appreciate that he utilizes reputable, professional companies to handle repairs and replacements. I also appreciate that replacement appliances have been good quality and not just the cheapest options on the market. Greg treats this property as he would his own home and he takes a long-term approach to managing its upkeep (as opposed to just slapping temporary band-aids on the problems). Not only does this approach protect the owners long-term investment, but it provides a comfortable, well-maintained home for the renter.
