        If youre in the military, please, think twice before purchasing a home from this company. We moved to VA 3 years ago from HI and this company sold us a frankinstine house. Fully took advantage of the fact that we were not here to fully see the home in person. The house is built by a so called handyman. Well to make the story short... our septic needs replacing, the whole house needs all kinds of work. One of the 3 baths, doesn't have air to vent. The main bath is not complete. Mind you 3 years ago we, purchased this home and already thousands of dollars in repairs needed. Oh, and get a lawyer if youre a first time home buyer and be sure. Because we werent advised well by this company, they just wanted to hussle us for the VA money because with VA, for sure money in their pockets. Please think twice. As a fellow military family, i would not want you to go through what my family is going through.
