        This referral is for Nick Olivette at the Skyline branch. Nick is one of the most professional, courteous tellers I've had the pleasure of working with in a long time. He speaks clearly and concisely and has extremely great customer service panache. If any upper management is reading this it would be well advised to keep Nick around. It's getting very difficult to have good loyal people working in an organization that is dependent upon customer service.
