      image Made an appointment. Dropped off my two cats for coat combing, trim, baththe works. At pickup they said they only did a nail trim for 1 of 2 catsnothing else. The nail trim was $25!!! They said one of my cats hissed at them so they never took him out. Not sure why they didnt do anything else. DisappointingI would not recommend this place.

      So sorry your kitties could not be groomed this time. It is not uncommon that cats are too uncomfortable to be fully groomed. If you are available, we are always open to try again but we never suggest pushing them past their boundaries. It could result in injury to them or their groomer. We hope you’ll understand we only want what is best and while we do want to perform a service, we start with a nail trim and if they are too reactive during nail trimming we will reschedule for another time. They eventually learn to trust the grooming process. Please reach out if you have any more questions.

      image Went today for my baby his real first haircut.. hated it the service is awesome the staff awesome just was unhappy with the cut showed her a picture was told sure that can be done .. when he was picked up my roommate whom referred me told them he was cut to short and the face was not as near close to what I wanted ..and she replied sorry its not what u wanted.. EXCUSE ME ANIT THAT WHAT I WAS PAYING FOR WHAT I WANTED.. NOT WHAT YOU WANTED ( the staff) Im so disappointed and I called no call back.. I guess she didnt care she showed me today how the customer service works
