Nothing is as great as getting good service. These guys are just amazing. I especially love how they look after the pets that are brought into the shop. It is also by far the best grooming spot around.

Karen the owner is abusive to dogs. I used to work for her. She does not sanitize anything and she will slap and jerk your dog by the neck if they move during grooming. That girls pictures Brook I believe her name was is not just disgruntled like Pattie a ex owner is lying about obviously to try to save some reputation. Do yourselves a favor and take this advice.

I do believe 'Brook' is a disgruntled employee. I took my beloved King Charles Cavalier Spaniel to Karen at Puppylove for 14 years. She was well cared for and beautifully groomed. More to the point of the care she received there, she loved going in! Now we have a new dog, a Yorkie. I never considered any other groomer for the new puppy. Karen is seriously concerned about all the dogs she is entrusted with. I have heard her complain about how other places may cut dogs nails too close to the quick. Never happened with my two and Karen. She provides helpful advice on the care for dogs and has years of experience. She works in a location attached to a veterinarian. They know her and her practice well. They would not tolerate the conditions as mentioned in an earlier negative review!
