Every time I come in here the manager Sarah (white lady) constantly gives me issues. She micromanages the employees in front of customers when they are making the food. My mobile order was wrong. she tried to charge me for extra toppings inside of my bowls, then did not involve a protein. If it wasnt for Sarah I would come back every week but she makes me hate this chipotle.

I am really disappointed in this location. My husband and I have been here twice- the first time, half of the ingredients werent ready and it was only 7:30 pm when they dont close until 10. Today, we tried to order a kids meal for the first time and they were not helpful at all in putting it together. My son loved his cheese quesadilla, but hes 1, so thats not saying anything. Both my husbands and Is bowls were plain and pretty flavorless despite getting extra scoops of pico and corn salsa. The white rice had no seasoning or flavor, and was ice cold. The guac on my bowl was gross, it didnt have any flavor at all! Very disappointed in the staff, and the food, definitely not giving this location a third try.
