I never write reviews until today but Chipotle at Franklin Farms quality has gone down significantly during the past years. They consistently hire individuals that dont do their jobs properly. My most recent burrito I ordered had plastic wrapping in it that seemed to be from the packaging of the chicken. Unfortunately for me, that was my last time dining at my neighborhood Chipotle.

This is the third time I get half or even third of what regular chipotle meals look like from other locations. Even the side of queso was less than half. I always buy bowls and the amount of rice is ridiculous I swear my bowl was half empty this time. This is so ridiculous. I also went to the location and the juice bar was literally empty with customers asking for refill and no refill was provided during the 40 minutes I was sitting there. That was NOT ok for a meal that costs 22 $. I expect better from Chipotle and Im surprised this issue was not brought to management attention

The service at this place is very very bad. The lady who served was very rude. She behaved as though she gives free food to us. We told her there was a chicken piece in the black beans and for that she got really angry and just threw the entire bowl in the trash and didnt even say sorry for that. If you are a vegetarian, pls dont go to this place. The rating should be zero for this place!!
