Courtyard by Marriott Norfolk Downtown

First time in Norfolk VA to pick up our Royal Caribbean cruise. Great food, friendly staff and management. Thank you all for a great experience.

Staff did an amazing job. Brent the manager is out doing breakfast, which was the best hotel breakfast I have had. You wouldn't even know they were sold out unexpectedly due to cruise changes. Thank you all for making our start to our vacation amazing. Nearby activities: Near the cruise port Food & drinks: Breakfast was amazing

While the hotel carries the undertones of age, the outstanding customer service makes up for it! As flight attendants who cross many time zones and work crazy hours, we are always tired, and to be given such a welcome as we received from Kay was SUCH a lovely surprise. She also seemed to have an amazing memory and said hello to me, using my name, every time she saw me. Jay Jay was incredibly kind and patient with me when I asked for something not on the breakfast menu. She went way above and beyond in keeping me happy and never lost her smile! Shelley was right alongside JayJay with overflowing friendliness and kindness. Brent was equally patient and kind in the face of tired (and cranky?) flight attendants and as manager he sets an exemplary example. Thank you to everyone in the hotel, including all those whose names I was unfortunately not able to get. I look forward to our next stay!
