Hate to leave a bad review on my favorite store. but I feel I was disrespected. Been shopping here since they opened , Iv spent well over $30,000 cash here over the years my whole wardrobe is from here , never had to return anything.went in and bought (3)XL IC shirts and a bbc hoodie , tried hoodie on and it felt okay in store but once I got home I realized it was a little too tight (L not XL) immediately folded it up and put it in in one of the ice cream bags , Took it back less than 24 hours later and the manager was very rude and short , caught an attitude and started raising his voice at me in the middle of the store when I asked why he wouldnt swap it for a XL ., he said it was worn and smelled like weed but it still had all the tags and I put it in a bag immediately after getting home.
It was no big deal if he couldnt swap it , business is business.I wasnt even mad he could have just been like look man I cant put this back out and our policy is no returns or exchanges and I would have been cool with it ,I was actually planning on buying a couple pairs of AF1s and some more shirts , but being disrespecting a loyal customer is not the way. I was actually very surprised Iv never been treated like that in this store before , maybe he was having a bad day. Im on the fence about shopping here agian , I love supporting local , and Push is my favorite artist of all time but I cant take being disrespected like that.

Staff was very rude and unwelcoming. Avoid this place at all costs.
