        Ghetto!!! Store closed at 8 pm . She stood there with the door locked at 755 pm and said they were closed! No customer service! Do not recommend!

        On 4/21/22 I was in the norfolk store shopping . Sales Associate Monroe and Shantel. Had Top Notch Customer service Very attentive and help me out with my selection.Thank you all!!!!!

        I see why this store has 2.9 stars. I always come into this location and Im never greeted. Never ask if I need anything. This is just a ghetto location with poor staff. Very Disappointing.

        Horrible. No greeting when you walk in. The prices on the shoes don't match the price at the register. They had a particular shoe "on sale" but when I was ready to checkout, the price was different. The manager lost a good customer over $20. I'll take my money elsewhere

        Two females working the register were very rude, very unprofessional, super ghetto, and low class. Like, WOW! Never coming back. I feel sorry for the rest of the staff that has to work with them.
