        Very good customer service. Despite needing an SR13 for the Co-applicant on my vehicle, Direct Auto insurance needs to do better with keeping up with Old Policies. Direct said the co applicant on my car didn't have insurance in 19'. But, in order to get Tags and/or stickers for you plates you have to have Insurance in the state of Virginia. Now hawcan this be.
