Laurent Abitbol - State Farm Insurance Agent

SO so Service...But staff isn't very professional lately. Can't even get me a tow truck or road side assistance, or even answer phone to take payment??

I recommend State Farm but never this office. Laurent lies about coverage and payments. His staff is very rude on the phone and they never call back like they say they will. My new office has been the best. Stay with State Farm but stay very very very far away from this one.

The agent (man) who greeted me was so incredibly rude and defensive, I could not believe it! I had an appt which he knew nothing about it (I understand someone may have made an appt without his knowledge) but, I saw no one else there; however, he was so disrespectful to me it was very unprofessional and demeaning. No way to treat potential new customers, they just lost my business! I do not recommend this place.

Is zero an option? This office runs a very crooked business. They badger you constantly to get you signed up and then never return calls or emails. “The agent” in charge is never in the office and never available to speak. The employee turn over speaks volumes as they never knew what was going in and could never answer questions.
