This company was so easy to work with. They replaced 20 of our windows in a day and a half and were very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend for anyone looking to replace windows!

We are very pleased with our new patio door and screen from Windows & More. They were far less expensive than their competitors for a quality product. The sales staff were excellent. Installation was perfect and very fast. The crew were quite pleasant and were here and gone in two hours. However, communication on the part of the installation folks for scheduling and follow up (someone forgot to include the footlock with our order) was...let's say lackadaisical. I'm giving a 5-star rating overall, but my recommendation to the company is to communicate more proactively with your customers, even if the message is just to touch base. Leaving your customers wondering what's going on is not a good way to do business.

I just can't say enough. They showed up 30 minutes early the first day and installed 22 windows in just one day. The came out the next day but were here for maybe 90 minutes to finish the caulking and sealing. Aside from a little dust, no one would know anyone was even here. They left absolutely nothing behind.
