Real Property Management Coastal VA

I have been a tenant for 2 1/2 years and anytime I had a maintenance issues, they never sent anyone out. The landlord had to come and fix everything herself. I have had issues with certain property managers and have been treated poorly. It has taken months for an answer. I dont recommend

The most unprofessional company in Virginia. Good luck receiving a phone call or response from them. Read the old reviews and notice a pattern.

Communication is not a priority with this company. This seems to be the norm in property management. We even paid the higher percentage monthly to receive higher attention to the conditions of the property. I would not recommend volunteering your money to a company that is not going to provide even the most basic of services with quality. Now end of year tax time - refuse to answer and will not provide the needed documentation. And I agree Angela Parker was amazing and took great care of us- but one employee can not hold such quality standards sadly we were told she left the company.
