I do not write business reviews but this company was so exceptionally horrible, i have to. Remember, the fee to come out doubles if they touch a wire. Horrible business practices. Complete scam. Disconnected wires, didn't fix anything, billed me $325 "for their expertise" and to change a fuse. Quoted me $1200 to do something every other hvac company will do for less than $750 (I've checked). Horrible to do business with. Never call them. Tommy Garner should be your first, last, and only call. Additionally, no one ever bothered to look at my ac unit. Do not believe any rebuttal they have. Terrible business. For the record, TG actually fixed my issue for $100 less than what A1 American charged me to not fix it. Never do business with them. In a race to the worst, they're finishing first.

A1 delivers! They fixed our heat at the church and got us up and running. What I like most is that the technician took time to explain the issue and gave us tips on how to prevent any further issues. Theyre definitely on my Go To list of services!!

A1 American fixed my heating at a time I needed them the most. I was highly impressed with how knowledgeable their HVAC Tech, TC, is. He answered all of my questions, no matter how little they may have seemed, and demonstrated sound knowledge on what I needed to do for my home, and why. He even found parts for my old system that no one else could. A1 American installed my replacement HVAC systems neatly, and appreciably better than they were set-up before. Furthermore, it was all completed punctually once the project began. Both systems were completed meticulously, clean, and professional. Thank you A1 American, and thank you TC. We have warmth this Winter because of you!
