Your technician Mr. Dave Cherry came to my house today to check the outside Heating and Cooling unit that was not working. He was very professional and efficient. Fixed the unit right away.

I have been using Tommy Garner HVAC for eight years now. They have well educated technicians that get the job done right the first time! TG HVAC installed a complete new heating/AC system back in November 2021 and it has been running great! TG HVAC comes out twice a year to complete the standard seasonal checkup and I stay very comfortable each year! Before the new system was installed, they did their best to keep my old system running for years - it lasted more years than expected because of their work! Well, I just had the seasonal checkup completed by William, and now Im ready for the warm weather. William is a great hvac specialist, prompt, and completed the work in a timely manner. I can tell William likes dogs because he was well received by my 17 month old labradoodle! Thank you William for helping to keep the hvac system running smoothly! I definitely would/will/and do recommend Tommy Garner for HVAC system work!

Your technician William came to our condo this afternoon. He was very professional and thorough. I asked him to review me on keeping the condensation line clear, which he took the time to show me. When he finished up he went to his truck and brought me a sticker to apply to my unit with visual instructions on the process. Very helpful. William Bunch, comfort specialist, came to do spring HVAC inspection. He was very friendly and efficient. The light in the hallway was dark. I am a senior citizen, and had not been able to change the bulb. In addition to doing the HVAC inspection, he changed the bulb for me, so there is now light in hallway. A very thoughtful thing to do.
