Watching on the sidelines as this company is ripping off insurance companies and elderly citizens right and left. I heard about an explosive exchange as well. Clearly unprofessional!

Do not go with them!!! They will give you a time estimate and take four time as long!! I'm still waiting on a job that was supposed to take a week,  It's been two months. Instead of finishing the job at one time,  they break it into 2 hour segments whenever they do actually show up.  They also say they're coming and don't show up. IT'S BEEN A MONTH SINCE ANY WORK HAS BEEN DONE.  They've left me with hanging insulation,  open walls,  nails sticking up out of the floor and unsafe conditions.Billy, the project manager, was very rude. USAA should NEVER HAVE USED THIS COMPANY!!

I filed a claim with my home owner insurance for water damage at the end of May 2020. I paid my deductible and insurance company issued a check for repairs. I am still waiting for repairs to start. This company doesnt communicate well nor do they have respect for the clients time. I am still waiting for that promised phone call on the start date from the General Manager Jay Deas. Case Description:Started the job of mitigating a sewage backup, tore up half of my house, Deas did not return to complete the restoration.May 31, 2020, my home had a sewage backup and my homeowners insurance, dispatched Deas to mitigate the damage and then return and restore my home to previous condition. They came out for several days and tore out the damage and used dehumidifiers and fans to assist in the drying process. After a couple weeks of this we were to begin the reconstruction. Deas for whatever their reason decided to stop working on my home and refused to come back.I submitted a complaint once already with the BBB and Deas advised they have never heard of me being a customer. I have all of their estimates, equipment agreements for the fans and dehumidifiers, and the checks that were sent to Deas, along with the stop payment for their last check from my homeowner insurance company. What kind of company will tear your home apart and then decide that they dont want to continue.
