Josh and his crew came to my house and essentially rebuilt two ceilings that were caving in from water damage as well as replaced the damaged/destroyed insulation all while i was overseas. With people staying in my home while was away, josh was expeditious in time of repair. I honestly couldnt believe how quickly they got everything fixed and looking brand new! Josh was referred to me by a friend and I will gladly refer him to you!

So rude! I just called this company to get some work done on my basement and the woman was extremely rude and hung up on me.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. The owner personally told me he would not stand by his contract warranty and I would have to find the time and money to hire a lawyer to take him to court when his company installed a bathroom vent with ducktape and caused a water leak on a job that started in Aug. and was scheduled to be finished 1st of Oct but was finished in Jan the list goes on and on. I would never use them to clean my gutters much less anything else. Please before you decide to use them. Reach out to me I will forward all the emails text messages and pictures also check with Hampton codes and compliances where there is a complaint filed also. So you can make a wise decision.

Still not payment and it's been 9months. 'More promises and excuses. The owner Steve Cousins said we could count on our over $6000 we are owed by the 29th of November. And here we are December 7th with not phone number that's working and more sent to voicemail calls. And when my husband finally got ahold of Steve- it was more excuses. We could really use that money to help pay for Christmas. Not that by this time we made anything from this job. But it would help pay our bills for our little family. What a crook!

We had a awesome experience with this company. The people were very caring and did very nice work. They were caring and made sure not to make a mess. They cleaned up as they worked. I will definitely use them again.
