        Long time verizon customer changing to t-mobile. Great service by tink and Mesi. I had to return once my phone arrived and I received great service during my second visit. Mesi assisted with porting my number over. Excellent across the board.

        I rate place and guy who work with me but about service which I haved almost 2 years very unstable price . My bill was $89 and now $200 . Very cheap quality of cellphone which I got from T mobile and no warranty for products like $3000. ??? I bring with myself almost 35 business, and now we will move back where we were . No one knows why?

        Fernando was a miracle worker. After 20 plus years as a faithful customer with T mobile, I was ready to switch to a new provider due to a phone call to tmobile on Jan 21st, 2023. The worst CS I've ever received from Tmobile 1800... I finally went in to the store and Fernando was the rep that assisted me. He fixed my issue in literally 3minutes, after an hour on the phone, he took 3 minutrs. He is very knowledgeable and professional... He restored my faith in tmobile ... Thank you so so much, you were amazing!! Give this man a raise amFernando

        Manager Alan is rude and useless. I have iPhone 13 Pro Max. It constantly says no SIM card or sos throughout the day and when I walked in he said well it's working now what you want me to do. I told him if it happens every day screenshots and all. He just didn't want to help.
