Went in to repair my Apple Watch screen with Jahid and he made sure he took care of everything I needed. It was a one stop shop for all my cellular accessories. Sadly my watch had more damage than I expected so instead of scamming me by selling me a temporary fixed screen (5-10 min screen time exactly) he informed me and I upgraded, bought a new watch. Hello Everyone. My son was home on liberty leave for 3 days and his iwatch had a cracked screen. I took his iwatch to Tech Solutions and they were kind enough to fix it while I waited. The repairs came with a 1-year warranty. 4 or 5 weeks after getting the iwatch repaired my son called me and mentioned that the screen had popped out. I took the watch back again and they fixed it while I waited. A couple of days later my son was passing by and wanted to pick up his watch. After charging the watch he noticed there was a vertical line, and the screen was inoperable. With my work schedule and travel, I was unable to take the watch back right away. When I took it back, they said "The Watch was not covered under warranty" even though the receipt explicitly stated a 1-year warranty because I did not bring it back right away. I mentioned that the watch has not being used since it was repaired the second time. The ONLY course of action they suggested was buy a new screen because there distributor would not take the defective part. They would not stand behind their workmanship or the warranty. I am extremely disappointed with how they reacted to this situation. In the past, I have recommended Tech Solutions to my friends and family. I would no longer be RECOMMENDING this established to ANYONE. Update 4/1/2024 - Another disappointment. After 5 months you are replying to my review and offering to fix my issue. This is no way to treat your customers needless to say service men and women. Also, I will be sending the display Your Company installed to Apple to verify if is Original Apple part or copy. You charged me fully price. I will update this thread once I get confirmation from Apple.
