James is very nasty , they racially profile you. Hung up plenty of times so I didnt argue with them, just to be called back and argued with!!!! Threatened to have my order cancelled because I wanted to speak with corporate about the issues with the store! Very very very distasteful people , down to delivery !!!! I hate them, I swear to god I want to sue for the lack of respect and harassment from this place. Never felt so uncomfortable in my life. I will NEVER RENT FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!! Wish I could give them 0 STARS !!

Super unprofessional. Wouldnt even give them 1 star. Miss one payment and they show up at your door ready to fight you and they are antagonistic and will say things to get a rise out of you. Dont let your kids open the door because they will come in and yell at you and your kids. Will never do business with them again. Aarons is more professional than them and at least they call you a thousand times before they show up and start their bull.

I have had a horrible experience from beginning to end with the boss. I miss one payment mind u have been with yall since October and it was nothing but disrespect being so Im caught up now but I will not continue once agreement is done and will not recommend to anyone absolutely horrible experience. Customer service is no true help just send u to the store. If you have credit or other options please consider. Update: Upon just now seeing your response THEY DID NOT INVESTIGATE ANYTHING THATS A FAKE SUPPORT MESSAGE TO SAVE FACE AS IF THEY DO ANYTHING RESOLUTION WISE FOR THE CONSUMER PLZ CONSIDER OTHER OPTIONS March 22
