My significant other lives here and when I tell you this place is trash, it is absolutely TRASH. Her water pressure inside her kitchen sink has been NON EXISTENT for at least 6 months. In addition we are now in the throws of summer and her HVAC does NOT WORK!!! I went outside to check and all the others are running, hers is not. She has attempted MULTIPLE TIMES to get this resolved and no answer. No answer at the office, corporate email, or anything. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!

In October I will have lived here 5 years and I love this place. The rent has not increased the whole time I have lived here. You cannot go anywhere and get a 2 bedroom with 2 balconies for under $1K. Early on they had management turnover and issues, but the last couple of years Leisa has been the property manager and she is great. She is responsive to issues and emails and is flexible and understanding on occasions here and there where life makes it so I have to be late on rent. I know that she was recently tasked with handling another sister property on top of ours and she has been a trooper in taking on the additional duties but she still does a good job at looking out for and taking care of her residents. Life happens and sometimes things break or slip through the cracks. But she will be the first to own up to it and apologize and move forward with making it right. There is no doubt she cares about her residents. That is hard to find in a property manager. The neighborhoid is quiet and peaceful for the most part. I have never had any safety or security issues. Bottom line is I love living here.

Zero stars. Unattentive, uncaring, and full of excuses. I've applied for a unit at this property twice this year. Never received a call. No request for further info. Nothing. Zero contact. They're happy to take your application fee and pretend no one is home. The number listed on Google is incorrect. The corporate number for Geller and Associates rings to a voice-mail box that is full. Clearly they don't care either. Unacceptable and a violation of the VRLTA to not give an applicant a decision on the application within 10 days, even if it is that the application is denied to to being incomplete.
The property manager sat there with her arms crossed while the assistant manager told me she was stretched between two properties and had 500 units to deal with. So... it is clear applicants are not important.
