Addison At Swift Creek Apartments

We moved in in January of 2024. In the 3 whole months that we have lived here, we have had/have 20 (!!) maintenance requests. It is beyond frustrating to say the least.

I have lived at the apartment complex since November 2023. The staff and maintenance team are top notch. Very attentive and responsive to any questions. Thanks again team for all you do great job!

Just moved in on March 16,2004 . Great experience and I love my apartment and view. Great place to live. Charaje was a big help with helping me to choose my apartment. Thank you for all that youve done. Big shoutout to you Charaje

Hi, I'm Jaquan Parks a resident here at Addison and I've been living here for roughly 5 yrs and since day 1 the management and team members has been absolutely outstanding. Especially the property manager Evan Wetsel she's truly amazing very understanding and very helpful. Let's not forget the maintenance crew and team members they're absolutely outstanding from the call on work order jobs to the community quality control service they do a outstanding job on keeping the community nice and tight and clean like one should. If this isn't your next place to call home then I don't know any place that should once again I appreciate everything the team here at Addison At Swift Creek offers their tenants I look forward to another successful year with them without a doubt!!! Great Job Guys Keep Up The Good Work.
