Phillip and Lanice are the absolute best! Their professionalism and kindness made my search and move into the Sapphire Apartments incredibly smooth and stress-free. The apartments themselves offer modern amenities and a welcoming vibe, but it was Phillip and Lanice's exceptional customer service that truly stood out. They were patient, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my transition was seamless. I'm grateful for their support and excited to be a new resident here. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Ever since this community got under new management it has been awful. Theres nothing "luxury" about it. They use cheap blinds that fall when you try to access the balcony. Speaking of balcony there are birds that perch on it and poop everywhere and maintenece doesnt do much to bird proof it. The walls are cracking in our unit. No one picks up after their dogs and I had to rehome mine because she kept getting ill because of it. The poop stations dont get cleaned out enough so the trash can with poop in it is almost always overflowed. The worst part about living here is that we have AWFUL neighbors who have a child that runs all day,the father smokes and the mother purposely bangs loud and cant control her child. "He doesnt listen to me." Youre the parent. Act like one! The management has barely done anything about it and I am losing sleep every day from listening to them. I lose an hour every morning and cant even nap in my own home. I can never relax when im off work because of all the running,banging and smoking. The front office is taking the neighbor's side like theyre innocent. Meanwhile we are losing our sanity due to listening to the noise every day. The rent is way too expensive to be dealing with all of this. You've been warned.
