I'm sorry to hear you feel that way Samantha and I think there may be some confusion here.Of course we have always been perfectly happy to render services to you through live online video hypnosis just like we have done with all of our other clients.We still are happy to help.It works 100% as well as being in person as you can verify through the many scientific references published on our site.We have not had a single complaint from any of our active clients.We have never ceased operations during Covid-19 and we have never refused you or anyone else service.Respectfully, you just haven't come to your appointments. You canceled three appointments in a row just a few hours before you were supposed to be here.And, for the record: no one here has been contacted by the better business bureau.Unfortunately we didn't receive the request for refund until you had already canceled three appointments at the very last minute.We have a clear and well-published policy that we require 24 hours advanced notice whenever you cancel an appointment or we have to charge you for that time.It is written out in your client agreement and also at the bottom of every single page on our website.We will work with people to a degree. People get sick and that type of thing. But you made and canceled three appointments in a row with just a few hours notice for every one.To quote the pertinent paragraphs that are published at the bottom of every page of our website:"There is a high demand for RHC therapist's limited time.  When a client does not show up to their appointment it hurts other patients who cannot be helped during that time slot.For instance we routinely have smoking cessation patients who need to reduce complications of high-risk Covid-related respiratory issues.  We have quitting smoking clients who need to stop in time for important scheduled surgeries (surgeons sometimes will not operate if you haven't quit).We have clients who are afraid of driving or flying who need help in order to travel for work, or for medical reasons or for big family events like weddings and funerals. So if you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason please always let us know at least 24 hours in advance can so we can make that time available to others.Therefore, our policy is that if you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice or do not show at your appointment without calling, Richmond Hypnosis Center reserves the right to charge you for the full amount for that time.  This can be in the form of a deduction from your pre-paid program credit (as if it was used).  Or we may bill the full cost of the clinical hours at our discretion.So please fulfill your promises to us and we will do everything within our power to do the same for you."That said, if you still want to quit smoking then we will still offer you that service.
