Supportive staff. Even on your "bad" days, they often find the good, give you guidance, and leave you feeling better than you arrived. The environment as a whole is so encouraging and uplifting that you feel ok to try, and keep trying.

The staff is absolutely fabulous! They all are about the great customer service! They feel like family!! I came to your center over a year ago and quit after 3 weeks because your staff then was very rude and non supportive and acted like they did not like their jobs!! I hope and pray this current staff is always here!! I have been in healthcare for 34 plus years and ALL these girls are GEMS!!

I have done many Weight Loss about 20 years ago . I've never had such an amazing experience like I have with the Mechanicsville crew!SAUNDELLE is the beautiful lady who meets you every time you walk she always has a smile on her face. The whole crew Patty the nurses the nurse practitioners all of them are the most wonderful people ever! As you go through your weight loss Journey they inspire , you they encourage ! they are there 100%. I refer them all the time TO THIS specific location for that reason,THESE people are amazing THank you my new friends !For always making me feel so welcome love you Patty
