Rude, abrasive, & condescending. I don't know what what it is about Mr.Broach has that makes him feel comfortable insulting customers, but it can't be good for business. Absolutely DO NOT recommend Broach Service Appliance Repair.

This is NOT a review of services as I did not use his services, so that's my caveat. It is review of the interaction I had with him when trying to schedule a service appointment, which I did not ultimately do. My landlord called him to set up a time to come look at our refrigerator. I asked him if he would wear a mask inside our home. (I similarly asked the pest control company earlier that day, and they replied that their technicians ARE REQUIRED to wear masks inside clients' homes.) He said, "If you supply me with a new, clean mask, I'll wear one." I asked him to clarify: "You will only wear a mask inside my home if I provide one, otherwise you won't wear a mask?" He replied simply, "It's really simple." I told him I wasn't comfortable with that and I needed to discuss with my landlord, who thankfully allowed me to contact a different repair company (who also, like the pest control people, are required to wear masks in customers' homes). During this pandemic, I expect those involved in home services to provide their own mask and wear it in my home. It really is that simple and I was very surprised to get push-back on the issue when I requested it.
