Our technician that came to do the work could not have been a friendlier, he wore shoe covers to make up our, he showed before and after pic's and it incredible and we also asked him to install metalflex hose before he left you not tell what he had done, he answered all of questions and really made us feel this is one thing we don't have to worry with a few years, oh and ask for so Jonathan he w awesome and explained it all to us, I would highly recommend them

We have a very long dryer vent return (over 20 ft) and it was taking a very long time to dry clothes. We had Clean Vent come out and check out our vent. We had the old style plastic tubing and several holes were found (it's 26 years old). We knew it was in need of repair prior to having him come out. The vent return was replaced with hard tubing and our broken outside vent was replaced. I can't believe how fast my clothes dry now. It seems like the time was cut in half! So glad we had the work done!!

The first time we used them we had never had anyone come out for this, but our dryer was taking 2hours to dry one load. The technician (Jonathan) was very good, thorough, and explained everything. He had pulled out a bunch of wet lint (b/c as he explained when it is stuck in the vent the moisture has no way to escape and causes it to become wet). After the cleaning our dryer went back to drying within the expected (regular) time (30-45 min). We have used them again and again every year since. Service: Dryer repair
