Loving living here so far! Brooklyn was so helpful when I was touring and kindly helped me find the apartment best suited for me. I'm really happy with my experience so far and everytime I see Brooklyn he is nothing but friendly. Thanks Brooklyn!!

Its been 6 months that Ive lived in this building and I love the fact that the amenities and around the building is getting cleaned regularly. I lived at a neighbor building and complained many times about the over flow of trash cans around the building and nothing was done about it in a timely manner.
Brooklyn was our leasing agent when we moved in. Every time I texted him prior to us moving in, he was super responsive and continues to be.
He looks out for people who live in the building. When we run into him, he is very professional and greets everyone.
I was at the DMV trying to change my address and needed the signature of the leasing manager of Brentford as proof that I live there. I texted Brooklyn and he got me the signature before I left the DMV. He makes things happen.
A couple of weeks ago, he texted me a picture of my package that was misplaced by the delivery company and I was able to retrieve it, thanks to him.
Brooklyn is an asset to the management of this building.

Brand new luxury apartment with fantastic facilities and great layout. The most impressive part about this property is the people works here, Mr. Brooklyn DeBerry is one of them, provide all kinds of information include handy man, cleaning lady etc. He answers any questions timely and nicely.

I moved to McLean last year due to work. This apartment has a great location and amenity is great.
Brooklyn is very professional and he has helped me a lot since I started to look for accommodation before moving in! He filmed virtual tours for all the units I was interested in and sent to me. Since I moved in, he has always been friendly and professional if I need help from apartment team. He contacts me if I have any packages arrives to make sure I will not miss any.

I feel like Ive been pretty gracious about many of the inconveniences Ive experienced living here. For example, one side of my closet collapsed on multiple occasions and I didnt make a big deal out of it because things happen. What I dont find acceptable is paying extra for a service that I cant access when I need it. I came home at about 10:30 and had to drive all the way up to the fifth floor when I usually park on 2 or 3 and still couldnt find parking. This isnt a one off situation either which is why its frustrating. Clearly Im just donating $100 to Brentford each month in hopes that Ill find a parking spot when I get home late some days. The fact is more parking is needed. Whether that be through working with the company who closed the surface lot or some other alternative because the current situation is unacceptable. No garage gate, no guard and now no garage parking space? Brentford has to do better.
