The doctors cool nothing negative to say about him. Its the receptionist clearly shes not capable of taking care of the clinic and answering questions EVER on 2 separate occasions Ive called and came into the clinic simply seeking my sons appointment time for the follow up to no avail. Customer service is lack luster, she cant multi task and doesnt EVER call back or send appointment reminders. In conclusion we are going to another center hopefully with better customer service

I had a good experience at this walmart vision center that i would like to share. I had sat on my own eyeglasses and bent them up some, the guy in the vision center said he could repair them for me and he did at no cost, i didnt have to pay to get it fixed or get a new pair! Now my glasses fit like new on my face like before, thanks!! Five stars!

We requested a refund, for some reason getting the refund on the card wasn't working so cash was the only option left. The machine doesn't work and they have to fix it so we've been waiting for an hour.

TL;DR The man who works in this location's Vision Center severely lacks in customer service skills. I recommend taking your business to the Walmart Vision Center on Liberia Avenue (superior service). On two separate occasions the employee at this location has been less than helpful. My boyfriend purchased glasses with a warranty at another Walmart location, and was told his warranty was effective at all Walmarts. After a move into the area, we came to this location to have the frames fixed. The man refused to help us, citing vague "privacy issues" with the technology between Walmarts. Furthermore, he was dismissive and unfriendly. We called the store the glasses were purchased from and fortunately a member of their team confirmed our understanding of the warranty and helped resolve the issue. On our most recent visit, the man was again dismissive, and borderline rude. He also insisted (*insisted*) that he didn't carry my boyfriend's type of frames...my boyfriend found them on the shelf in less than a minute's time. We ended up going to the Walmart on Liberia Avenue. The staff there was friendly and helpful. We would recommend giving that location's Vision Center a try.
