Fixed my glasses quickly after the lens popped out, adjusted fit and cleaned quickly.

Called asking for a price of an eye exam. The person who I was talking to had a thick accent and told me the price and something else that I couldnt make out. When I asked him to please repeat what he said he angrily YELLED at me and hung up. Very poor customer service.

I'm very disappointed in the glasses I got. It had been a while and I knew I needed an updated prescription.I made an appointment and Dr. Lee after examining my eyes, wrote me a prescription for my glasses. I had it filled at the Walmart right there at the office. They came in a week later and were not correct. I was told by the manager in the eye department that it may take a little while to adjust and to give them a week or 2 for my eyes to adjust. I called a couple week later and let them know that they still were not correct. I made an appointment for the following week since Dr. Lee was out of town that week. He examined my eyes once again and wrote me a completely different prescription and let me know that I could only have them redone one time (even though it was wrong the first time) A week later I came in and picked up my glasses, and although closer they were still wrong. The manager told me again because they were new I would adjust. A week later, 2 weeks later, a month later they still don't work. I paid over $300.00 for glasses that I cannot use. Now I need to start all over and get an ACCURATE eyeglass prescription. In the meantime I have to wear my old glasses because even though outdated, they work way better than the inaccurate prescription I got not once, but twice. Without realizing what they were doing, I was delayed in getting an appointment or new glasses right up until the deadline to get a refund so that it would be too late. Buyer beware. If your prescription is not correct do NOT let them drag out helping you until it's too late. My first clue should have been that no one seemed surprised that they were wrong.
