Horrible horrible customer service !! Dont go here if you want to be treated fairly, or have you appointments on time. Then they will switch your times on you with someone else, and do it very unhanded. People have children they need to get from school and dont have time for nonsense when they have a schedule. I highly suggest going somewhere else .

I set an appointment in November to get glasses and eye contact exam. I called today to get both of my prescriptions but the woman on the phone check the file and says I never got my eye contacts exam done. The woman said "make sure you didn't get confused with another optometrist" ... I check my bank account on November statements and it proves I paid $94 for the exam. I will make sure my family and I don't go back to that optometrist again.
