Telelink made our office move incredibly smooth. Tim was knowledgeable and patient, explaining everything in layman's terms. When there was a hiccup that was not caused by Telelink, Tim responded immediately and resolved the issue.
Our technician Josh was great to work with throughout, working with our GC to ensure all went smoothly. I was incredibly impressed when Josh responded to a text that I sent him late on a weeknight well after our move when we were upgrading our Wi-Fi. He called me back after hours and took the time to explain what was needed to the installer. Well above and beyond what was expected!

Our biggest concern with the move to our new location was the switchover of our phone and internet service. Josh did an excellent job. He spent many hours arranging for service with a new provider, pulling wire, installing the phone system and then making everything work.
The transition was seamless and we very much appreciate his dedication and effort. Thank you for a job well done.

I manage a local veterinary clinic that Telelink had installed the phone system years before. Cheryl and her team have been so incredible with helping us these past 7 years that when it came time to install a new phone system it was a no brainer to ask them to do the job. Telelink has been a game changer for Hilltop Sand and Gravel for more than 2 decades - my direct experience with them is only 16 years. Telelink revamped our old telecom system prior to my hiring to enable anyone in the business to answer the phone at any location on our vast property. When we decided to move to a new location in 2010, Telelink was there to support us all the way. What really sets Telelink apart is the personal attention given to each customer and their unique situation. We are in a niche industry with various issues to tackle and Telelink made magic happen for us. All we had to do was explain how we did our business, what was important to us, and we even threw in some 'wishes'. Our 2010 telecom move went so smoothly that I was able to give my attention to other getting us settled quickly. Fast forward a few years and during a casual conversation with Telelink - they like to keep in touch with their customers and what changes they may be facing - it was determined that Hilltop could use an upgrade to our telecom system again. Hilltop has closed all major operations and is in the process of maintaining a large property that does not require full-time care, but that does need constant attention. I explained that I like to travel, and my boss had allowed me to set up teleworking (pre-pandemic). My Telelink rep and I spoke quite a bit about Hilltop needs and desires and they came up with a perfect plan! We have a telecom system that allows us to answer calls while in the office or on the road. We can receive and send faxes remotely and have the ability to send and receive text messages. A cellphone app adds more functionality than we ever dreamed possible. We don't miss communications with our new Avaya system.
Most importantly, Telelink is not a one-size fits all solution company. They really understand their products and will take the time to care about your business and they treat you like family! Total game changer. I've taken several cross-country trips without missing a beat when it comes to meeting my work responsibilities.

Telelink Communications is the best! Support is fantastic and it is always very nice to deal with the staff! The Telelink support team is very knowledgeable and great to work with on troubleshooting! I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing telecommunication products and services!!!
