Everyone did a great job, from beginning to end they did everything and we were so thankful for everything, Lori and Karla and the whole team thanks so much!! All the expenses were in our budget and they helps us to do the process to sent out the remaining to out of state which as a family we werent aware of anything Again thanks team!!!

I cannot say enough good things about the Funeral Director, Lori and the rest of the staff here. Very personal and did whatever it took to make the service go smoothly. I spoke with ~5 other funeral homes with great reviews in Manassas and Fairfax and barely got any personal attention probably because I only needed the service and nothing else. Lori was different. She walked me through what to expect, we went through flowers, programs, and how to execute on some thoughts I had with the overall setup, decorations, food, etc... She provided her suggestions to make it a great service that went very smoothly. I compare her to a wedding planner before and during the wedding day. She made sure everybody was where they needed to be on behalf of the family. Seamlessly. No way would you get this personal service anywhere else. I know because I tried. Also their pricing was better than anywhere else I went. We even discovered a parade was happening nearby at the same time of the service. My concern was parking. Even though they had their own lot, I know public will try to find parking anywhere they can. Lori had 2 people stand out front and in back to direct guests and ensure the public stay out of the lot. You'd think the option would be to just put up signs but Lori again went one step further. Highly recommend.

My grandmother died unexpectedly, and Lori handled our case with compassion and care, and I can't recommend them enough! Thanks for your help during such a difficult and emotional time.

I can't begin to describe the anguish and devastation of losing my 36 year old son. No parent really expects to bury a child. My son was born and raised in Manassas, Virginia. One important factor to his father and I; was make his final arrangements where he felt at home the most. I called Lori on the phone and she was able to walk me through any questions that I had. I never felt pressured. I felt she was professional, informative and kind. What set her apart from others I had spoken with over the phone was her undeniable compassion. Anything; I wanted to know - Lori knew. When I went here in person. It was clean; neat and warm. The chapel was just what was needed. It was large enough; yet still felt comfortable. Also, there was a large screen monitor; as well as well as overflow room. When the day came to lay my beautiful boy to rest; all the arrangements were flawless. Even after all the details and arrangements were over; days passed - I continued to get excellent service from this fine establishment. If you have to go through the tragedy of losing a loved one; I definitely would recommend Olde Towne Funeral Home. My sincere prayers are with you/families whom had/have the need to read my post.
