Customer service was great and the lady at the main front desk was very helpful and worked with my concern. Lot to choose from and the service was easy and fast. Sad we have to go here but i will definitely recommend. Thanks to Easter Memorial for the lovely headstone for my wonderful husband, how I wished I didnt had to visit this place so soon

The Team at Eastern Memorials led by Mary Androus helped me design, develop, construct and install an amazing monument. She has been amazing. This was a very hard thing for me and she showed a level of professionalism and empathy with me throughout the process which I appreciate. Thank you for making the design exactly how I want it to be!

We came across Eastern Memorial when we searched for a service to make a top cover for our parents' grave site. We contacted Ms. Janie Pham and she had helped us go through the process from the beginning to the completion of the job. All the communication was done through calls and texts as we were out of state, but Ms. Janie handled it smoothly and professionally. She was very responsive, patient and answered all of our questions. As we wanted to start the work in April, our traditional month for tomb sweeping, Eastern Memorial had helped to keep the granite cover in their inventory for many months. Ms. Janie had also helped us to arrange for the work done on the date we requested. On the day of the installation, Mr. Elmer and his team were very friendly and made sure the job was done right to our satisfaction. Although the base at the grave site was built a long time ago, the granite color of the top cover matched the base's perfectly. Our family was very happy and satisfied with their work. We truly appreciate Eastern Memorial, especially Ms. Janie Pham and Mr. Elmer and his team for their professional work. Thank you so much for this amazing service. ~ Dai and Hoang family ~

0 stars! FULL OF LIES & FRAUDULENT! SOLD ME A FAKE STORY ABOUT SHIPMENT FOR HEADSTONE BACK IN DECEMBER by Kevin- who then stopped returning my emails. Then Janie told me she would get back to me weeks ago and made up some bull story that my order came in. No one followed up since so I called today and found out now its going to be on the next shipment I had to continuously chase this company to get any answers (which ended up being lies). This is horrible customer service & months later we still havent been able to get a headstone for my loving Mom. So very disappointed at their lack of help and instead kept telling me lies. Now Im told the headstone is being shipped next week (same bull I was told months ago) DO NOT USE!! This company needs to be out of of business for playing with families emotions who have lost a loved one. So shameful
