Claire's

My friend and I went to this store intending to look around. We saw a product we were interested in and asked an employee a question about it. Instead of helping us, she shrugged it off and did so very rudely. Its a shame. I was there on 02/12 at around 3:30pm, the store was not busy at all besides a family at the front. The employee was so off putting I put all of my items back and left.

They pierced my daughters ears and were so kind and helpful! We love coming to Claire's and will definitely be back!

This Claires is honestly so poorly run. I went in there one time and from what I could see, an employee was crying in the back and both other employees working were in the back as well. I was understanding until 20 minutes had passed and there was a big line behind me, so I just left. The irony of this is that when the employees ARE out on the floor, they are sooooo worried about people stealing. I was with my best friend one time looking for cheap jewelry for prom, and she saw this necklace. We realized it was a locket so she tried to open it. An employee yelled at her and said to stop touching it. Strange. What if she was a customer looking for a locker and wanted to make sure that it was a locket? Makes no sense. Morons.
