I brought my 7 year old daughter to this location to get her ears pierced, the employee Vivian helped us, we scheduled an appointment on Saturday for Sunday, we arrived on time, we were assisted right away, got my daughter in the chair, she picked her earrings, and I think I was more worried than my daughter was. Vivian did a great job being gentle and patient and the whole experience was great! Definitely highly recommend if you want to get your child's ear pierced, come here. Surprisingly, they even have real gold and diamond studs too, spent around $91 for white gold rainbow daisy, and it was well worth it!

I got a new ear piercing at this location, and Adrienne was fantastic. She is very professional and caring, and this is why I highly recommend her work. I had a concern about the aftercare and went back to the store to talk to her, and she was very helpful. I love my new piercing! At Claire's you get a yearly membership for 1 pair of free earrings per month when you get a piercing, and you can gift the earrings to someone else. It's a great deal.

I took my 2 girls to get their ears pierced this afternoon and we had a great experience. Regina was warm, personable and professional. We really appreciate her and would highly recommend her and Claire's.

Service was very bad the lady there was so rude and she didnt even answer to any question !!! Definitely not coming back !
