Needs to update hours on google. I traveled to this store from 30 min away because google listing said it closed at 9. Arrived at 8:09 and store was closed. I sat in the parking lot for 10 min trying to find another store that had the product im looking for and saw 6 other people pull up in that time trying to go in.

Nothing ever in stock. The perfume samples are always empty. The travel size perfumes rack is empty. I placed an order to have it picked up only to be told that they dont do curbside after 5 oclock, which needs to be noted outside, then to be told that the product that I ordered is not even in stock so my order was completely canceled. I went to the store a few days later and the item was there but that is besides the point there is never any staff working, the Store is junky. For a store that was overly hyped to come to Lynchburg this is probably one of the worst that Ive been to. Nonetheless, Im never greeted when I come inside the store I would rather just travel outside of Lynchburg to receive my Ulta needs. Not to mention the way that the staff are dressed none of them look like they know anything about make up I wouldnt trust them helping me pick out any shades of any type of foundation if I were to wear it presentation is everything especially working in the beauty industry . Sephora employees do better than this .

I understand Im just one person, but this location needs to post their correct hours outside their door AND update them on Google. It says Ulta in Lynchburg closes at 9pm instead of 8pm. I tried to call to confirm the hours after trying to open the doors, and no one answered. There was still at least 2-3 employees still inside, lights were all on, and the phone just rang and rang. I already knew exactly what I needed to get, and had one question. Visit wouldve been less than 10-15min tops.
