Allen is extremely unprofessional and rude. I had sold a computer to them in the past, and called asking if they would be interested in purchasing my laptop. He said he already had a few so he wasnt interested, which is completely fine. I asked him what they bought them for as I am trying to get an idea of what they are going for in person as opposed to online. He said he wouldnt give me that info and when I explained I was just interested in figuring out the market value, he sarcastically said good luck to u and hung up on me. Just not the way to treat a customer that had done business with you in the past, not sure what offended him so much

I have an older Dell Computer that wasn't charging. I thought the battery was dead but Allen was able to diagnose that it wasn't the battery after all but the charging port. Allen's dianosis and repair has my computer back working perfectly and I couldn't be happier. I will definitely use Allen again for any electronics repair that I need in the future.
