Richie and his team were fantastic - I could not recommend a better agent. Richie is extremely personable, honest, hard working and incredible responsive. Richie stayed in touch constantly, keeping me up-to-date throughout the entire process and answering all my questions. Richie is incredibly knowledgeable about the market and gave me an honest assessment of my home, providing several recommendations to make the home more appealable to buyers and providing contractors to assist with the work. Overall, Richie was an excellent agent and went above and beyond any agent that I have ever worked with. Richie is one of the realtors who not only says he can work with you, he does it. And does it well. Not all can, or even try very hard. Richie does, and succeeds. That makes for a good relationship with hard work and understanding. I think clients must like that characteristic, too, because I know he is well thought of by others.

I had gotten a lowball offer from another Realtor who had tried to legally steal the property. I asked Ritchies opinion, and he showed me market comparisons - in short that the property was worth much more than the other realtor was letting on. So I listed it with Ritchie, and in less than 24 hours we accepted an offer for $30K MORE than list price. In sum, I made approximately $45K more than what the first realtor told me the property was worth. Ritchie was very easy to work with, and made the entire process incredibly easy on me from start to finish. Its always worth getting a second opinion when making a decision such as buying or selling a home, but if you pick Ritchie the first time around I guarantee you wont have to even seek a second opinion. He fights for every penny for his clients, and puts his full heart into working for their financial betterment.

Richie Hanna was absolutly awesome. If your looking for a agent to buy or sell look no further. We recently purchased a condo in Alexandria VA. Richie was very Responsive, Professional,and of course his experience was over the top excellent. I usually do not do reviews but felt his efforts were a 10. We purchased the condo and of course looked at many over a period of time and all were done remote since we are about 400 miles away. We had confidence in him when we made the purchase and he provided a lot of guidance before and after the purchase. Thank you Richie
