Had a great experience with Premier home appraisals. I needed a cost basis on the condominium for a trust. They were very accommodating and pleasant to work with. Had the appraisal in less than a week after I met with the appraiser at the property. Would definitely recommend them if you need an appraisal.

We used their services for a pre-listing appraisal as we are selling FSBO. They were quick to get us scheduled and come out to the property. They explained the process of the appraisal as they performed it. Troy was pleasant and respectful. He gave us a turnaround time for the appraisal and we received it as he promised. Payment was affordable and easy to process. I recommend using this small business. Thanks to their assistance I feel more confident than ever to sell my property myself.

Jay was awesome from the time he came to do the appraisal to the time he left. Troy was always available before the appointment was set and after the report was generated and sent to us. They gave me same day appointment, next day report without any fuss. Troy even went above and beyond what i had signed up for with him. I can't say enough about my experience with the team.
