I enjoyed the room, it was very nice the breakfast was very nice, the coffee was good and I highly recommend this place and the staff was friendly

After driving all day, I finally made it to this beautiful hotel around 10:15pm. I was greeted with a group of people talking so loudly playing some sort of game right by the entrance, that I couldn't even hear myself think. That poor front desk person, i have forgotten her name, looked like she was about done. As she tried to greet me, the same group started getting louder. I had to ask her to speak up. She asked them to quiet down, they ignored her, she ended up asking them about five times, each time getting a little bit louder. She ended up having to raise her voice so loud just for them to slightly hear her say that it was quiet hours (gives you an idea of how loud the group was). They started yelling at her claiming she didn't ask them to lower their voice. That was a lie. I was still trying to get checked in when one gentleman started being the ring leader.... I blacked out from the shear horror of what I was witnessing. I wished the front desk person all the best.... but when I got to the floor my room was on, there were about six or seven unaccompanied minors running up and down the halls banging on random doors and yelling like they were having a jolly ol time. I hope the staff were not greeted with too many sleepless, angry guests from the troubles those kids were causing while their parents were no where to be seen. I will be returning to this hotel, from all the kindness I was shown from all the staff. Hopefully next time, there isn't a group in the lobby thinkinging that they are the only ones in the whole hotel.

We came to this hotel for enjoying a nice vacation. We were sitting in the lobby and having a pleasant conversation, the receptionist all of a sudden started yelling at us saying that we have to be quite or she will call the cops. She never once asked us to keep it down and her first comment towards us was "I might have to call the cops and be quite". She completely ruined our day. When we encountered her why she yelled at us, she says she has a headache and we were disturbing her. It was a very unprofessional way of behavior, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great stay! We booked the night before needing a pet friendly hotel. It was clean and comfortable with a great breakfast buffet. The room had no evidence of pets staying before us, which I know can be a challenge. Great beds and pillows. Will stay again!
