I called to ask a question regarding their pricing and the owner answered (I believe his name was Jacob) and he was extremely rude and arrogant. I was shocked. I definitely won't be back; he just lost a 11 year-long customer.

Good service, always learn something. He always fully explains what's going on and the benefits of fixing vs risks of leaving it as is. Doesn't push me to do anything, even let's me know when something small is ok to let ride when I think it could be a problem (ie: a little noise or vibration, random emission error codes that go away on their own)

Jake gets the job done right the first time without messing with other things... hard working and honest... I recommend highly!

Had aftermarket parts installed here. Not many places do that. The quality of the installation of the parts was done well. No complaints. Will use this shop again.
